Offer Negotiation is the service I use to help you turn interest in a home into a realistic, competitive offer that protects your interests. I begin by walking you through the property's likely value range using comparable sales and current market conditions. Together, we discuss how strongly you feel about this particular home, how flexible you are on timing, and what you are and are not willing to compromise on. With that in place, I help you choose an offer price, earnest money amount, and key terms, such as financing and inspection contingencies, that strike the right balance between attractive to the seller and safe for you. I then handle the actual negotiation with the listing agent, present your offer clearly, and respond to counters in a calm, organized way. After each update, I explain the options in straightforward language, outline potential risks and benefits, and give you room to decide without pressure. If it makes sense to improve or walk away, I will say so and explain why.
