Once you find a property you like, I walk you through pricing, recent comparable sales, and current competition so you can decide how much to offer and how to structure key terms, such as contingencies and timelines. My Offer Negotiation service is "baked in" here: I handle the back-and-forth with the listing agent, explain each counter in plain language, and help you weigh your options without pressure.
